What to expect
Does this include production HMRC access?
No. The preview supports local simulations, customer staging checks and a sandbox template. Agency access and production approvals are separate.
Are reports compliance certificates?
No. They record client-reported outcomes for specific checks. They do not certify tax correctness, security or government approval.
Is there an uptime or response-time guarantee?
The preview is provided on a best-efforts basis. Any managed support commitments must be agreed in a separate written scope.
What are the preview limits?
20 projects per account, 200 reports per project and 1,000 reports per account. There is no automated pruning. Export evidence and delete unused projects to free capacity.
What is stored?
Project metadata and sanitised test reports are stored in your account. Raw API responses and upstream credentials are not part of the Assurance report format. Projects and their evidence can be deleted from the workspace.
